Liczymy, ze Polacy zgromadzą się tłumnie i w ten sposób wyrażą swój ból po jakże tragicznej w skutkach katastrofie lotniczej w Smoleńsku. Prosimy wszystkich przybywających o zachowanie powagi chwili tak strojem jak i zachowaniem. Mile widziane przybycie z flagą biało-czerwoną przystrojoną kirem. Prosimy Polaków o samoorganizowanie się w grupy oraz informowanie i zapraszanie wszystkich znajomych na uroczystość. Prezydent USA powiedział, że „Wszyscy jesteśmy Polakami” Pamiętajmy również, że w niedzielę każdy z nas będzie ambasadorem Polski.

FUNERAL SERVICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND, LECH KACZYŃSKI & THE FIRST LADY OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND, MARIA KACZYŃSKA
London Memorial Service: live broadcast – Sunday, April 18, Trafalgar Square, 12.00 – 16.30
A live broadcast of the funeral service of the President of the Republic of Poland, Lech Kaczyński, and the First Lady of the Republic of Poland, Maria Kaczyńska taking place in Cracow, and a memorial service marking all those who died in the tragic plane crash of April 10 in Smoleńsk, Russian Federation will take place in Trafalgar Square, London from 12.00 to 16.30 on Sunday, April 18.
This initiative is being coordinated by a civic committee consisting of prominent social activists of the Polish community in London and has the patronage of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London.

12.05 – Documentary film about the Smoleńsk tragedy and the Katyń Massacre

We are expecting high levels of attendance therefore please be informed that all health and safety requirements will be met during this broadcast and memorial service taking place on Sunday.
30 Polish Scouts and 50 volunteer stewards will be assisting in crowd control, along with 20-25 SIA licensed door supervisors. This will allow for 15 – 20 teams consisting of 1 SIA licensed door supervisor and 2 – 3 Polish Scouts/volunteer stewards.
A response team consisting of 4-5 of SIA security staff will respond in the event of an emergency
St. John’s Ambulance will also provide several of its volunteers to provide medical assistance if necessary, as well as an ambulance van.
